By David Shiga MASSIVE black holes may be roaming our galaxy, hidden inside strange star clusters. If unmasked, they could reveal the violent birth of the Milky Way. Astronomers believe the Milky Way formed from smaller galaxies smashing together. These galaxies could have had hefty black holes at their cores and, if they did, the black holes might have lived on long after most of the stuff surrounding them was dispersed or assimiliated.
